The Moduleur is our take on a modular analog synthesizer: flexible, open, sounds like a beast, built from thick aluminum. It is where our love of design meets our love of music and tech.

A unique hand-built Shmøergh Moduleur in full aluminum enclosure. The faceplate — designed by graphic designer and typographer Laci Naske — is a testament to the signature Khrinøleen color featuring custom type on the sides and on the top with two-component lacquer.

This Moduleur was designed by graphic designer and ice cream enthusiast Ákos Polgárdi of SUBMACHINE — a Budapest based graphic design studio specialized in books, signage, wayfinding and typography. It features a typeface by Laura Csocsán, with a matte clear-coated enclosure that lets the brushed aluminum become part of the design itself. The result is a bold interplay of raw metal, strong contrast, and fun.
